Quality
Screening, Licensing and Quality Management
Our quality management and compliance processes meet Joint Commission (JCAHO) standards. We perform criminal background checks, drug screens, professional license and employment verifications and reference checks on all health care professionals prior to temporary placement. We continue to evaluate our health care professionals after they are placed to ensure adequate performance and to manage risk, as well as to determine feasibility for future placements. Our internal processes are designed to ensure that our health care professionals have the appropriate experience, credentials and skills for the assignments they accept. Experience has shown us that well-matched placements result in more satisfied health care professionals and health care facility clients.
Building a Strong Sales Team to Optimize Our Business Model
We seek to build a strong, well-trained sales team. Our training will include role practice, joint calls, training calls, coaching calls, and our recruitment courting process – built around a “touch” system and creation of a success guide. Sales professionals will have monthly one-on-one meetings with supervisors. They will be expected to maintain a recruiting prospect list of a designated number of health care professionals. These lists will be inspected weekly along with their key activities and touch system reports. Recognition activities and a rewards system that include contests, bi-annual compensation reviews will be ongoing. Sales training and development program, aligned with our business model, will result in superior service to our health care professionals and hospital and health care facility clients.
Information Systems
We intend to have information systems that include: integrated processes for health care professionals and health care facilities; matching of health care professionals with client assignments, health care professional file submissions for placements, quality management tracking, managing compensation packages and managing health care facility contract and billing terms. These systems provide our staff with fast, detailed information regarding individual health care professionals, hospitals and other clients, and are scalable to support future business growth. We use leading systems for our corporate back-office functions. In addition, we maintain a backup data center to provide continued system operations in case of a major disaster or system outage.
Risk Management
Our risk management plan is designed to reduce your risk exposure and maintain lower operational costs. We will analyze any losses on professional liability claims and workers compensation claims to identify trends. This allows us to focus our resources on those areas that may have the greatest impact on us, price our services appropriately and adjust our sales and operational approach to these areas. We will also distribute educational materials to our health care professionals addressing specific work-injury risks and documentation of clinical events. In addition to these proactive measures, we will engage in a review process for incidents involving our healthcare professionals. We also rely on our hospital and health care facility clients’ and the state professional associations’ investigation of incidents involving our healthcare professionals in determining continued and future assignments.
